West Jordan Justice Court sits right next to the West Jordan District Court, but the justice court handles all the Misdemeanor B offenses and below which take place within the West Jordan City Limits.  Misdemeanor B offenses include: DUI, Metabolite DUI, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, some Assault crimes, Shoplifting, etc.  Click here for some general information about the criminal process in Utah justice courts which might be helpful.
